RETURN POLICY

Usage of our Abwa Exports & Imports website and ordering with Abwa Exports & Imports are subject to the following terms.

Can I Cancel My Orders?

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the request on their own once the payment is made, if you contact our Customer Care (info@abwaexim.com) within 24 hours and before starting production, we can help you cancel your order. If it is past 24 hours and production has started, then it will not be possible to cancel the order.

What is the Cancellation Fee?

There is a minimum fee that is charged to cover the Printing Process expense. The amount depends on the size of the order & quantity.

How to Change My Design?

Designs can be changed before it gets printed. Screen-making charges are applicable extra for screen printing. Orders in which any design change is requested can be delayed from 2-10 days based on the change requested.

Can I Return My Order?

Delivered orders cannot be returned. All our orders proceed only after PO (Purchase Order) confirmation from your side. As custom-printed apparel is fully personalized as per the customer's liking, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted or has material damages, if you detect any damage or defects within 24 hours of receiving the order. The logistics partner will be held accountable for any damage that occurred during transportation. Always please inspect all the goods carefully on delivery and in case of any damage, immediately inform our customer service (info@abwaexim.com).

Fabric GSM may vary 10-20 GSM from color to color. Print shade may vary up to 10% unless provided with a proper pantone color. Please note that the garment sizes can vary between brands and styles +/- 2cm. If you have any questions about how the garment would fit, purchase a sample product.

At Abwa Exports & Imports, we supply a wide range of product qualities and pricing. Fabric quality, shrinkage, color bleeding, and print/embroidery quality may vary based on the quality you choose. We strongly you to get samples and use them before you order. Custom-manufactured garments cannot be replaced/returned for unsatisfactory delivery by the logistics partner.

Damage Claims or Shortages

Any claims for damage/shortages must be reported within 24 hours after delivery without exception. Always check your deliveries upon receipt.
